  • THREE PHASE GROWTH PROJECTION

    Phases Outlined

    1

    Phase One

    Beginning Capital Infusion

Our 1st Phase of Growth is open to capital injection from interested parties. Growth in this phase area covers the drafting of all necessary legal language to pre-position LF&E for Phase Two and Phase Three.

    2

    Phase Two

    Limited Partnership Offerings

Our 2nd Phase of Growth will be open to partnering with individual investors and investor groups offering them limited partnerships in selected individual television, film and animated properties. All efforts will be made to utilize Section 168 of the IRC. In general,

IRC Section 168 grants, in some cases, a 100% tax deduction to an investor. (details to the risks and benefits will be provided upon inquiry from qualifying entities)

    3

    Phase Three

    Pursuing Slate Financing

After the successful enactment of Phase One, and Phase Two in particular, an aggressive mandate will be

enacted to secure slate financing for the production and marketing of every title in LF&E's literary content library. The completion of this phase will allow LF&E to produce, market and distribute, sometimes through key global partnerships, the very best titles, both domestically and globally. This includes, but not limited to, the following outlets:

Theatrical releases, cable agreements, streaming partnering, VOD, DVD, subscription based, gaming console licensing and network television agreements. Thus putting LF&E and it's investment partners on the level of the entertainment industry's leading media content producers.

    4

    Initial and Residual

    Revenue

    Distribution

As a direct result of executing Phase One, and Phase Two where it applies, and Phase Three, all active investing partners will share in revenues received (ROI) from all applicable receipts over the specific time designated as agreed upon in all applicable agreements that covers all slate titles.

And there you have it. Welcome to the $50+ billion annual film and television media revenue business.
